Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is processed within 48 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation with your invoice once your order has been successfully processed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is on us and free on all orders within India. Always. We currently ship within India only.
All orders are dispatched through fully tracked courier services. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.
Delivery
Each piece is made individually for you.
Estimated delivery is 7–10 working days from the date of order, inclusive of processing and shipping time.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking updates will be shared with you directly by the courier partner.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@WearTheSymbol.com and we will assist you.
Undelivered or Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but has not reached you, or if tracking updates have stalled for an extended period, please contact us at hello@WearTheSymbol.com within 7 days.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
We recommend reviewing your shipping details carefully at checkout to ensure everything is accurate and complete.
Wear The Symbol cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase. In such cases, any re-shipping costs, where applicable, will need to be covered by the customer.
