When Shayan was just a boy, he lost his mother to multiple myeloma, a devastating cancer of the bone marrow. A year later, he lost his father to multiple sclerosis. Before his mum passed away, she asked his father to buy him a piano. She never lived to hear him play it, but that instrument would go on to change his life. →
